Site Constraints & Engineering Challenge
Transforming a historic 1870s Greene Street cast-iron boutique with failing vault lights, 16-foot original ceilings, and strict LPC historic landmark preservation rules into a contemporary luxury flagship ahead of New York Fashion Week.
The Construction & Field Strategy
Non-destructive dry-ice and walnut-shell blasting of ornate fluted cast-iron columns; structural restoration of historic sidewalk vault prism lights; subfloor hydronic radiant heating installed under reclaimed longleaf yellow pine.
